Aap product receive karne ke 7 days ke andar return ya exchange request kar sakte hain, agar product damaged, defective ya wrong item receive hua ho.

Return Conditions

• Product unused aur original condition mein hona chahiye.
• Product ke saath original packaging aur accessories honi chahiye.
• Return/exchange ke liye order details provide karna zaroori hai.
• Used, damaged, ya customer ki taraf se mishandled product return nahi hoga.
• Sale ya discounted items par return policy apply nahi ho sakti.

Damaged or Wrong Product

Agar aapko damaged, defective, ya wrong product receive hota hai, to product receive karne ke 24 hours ke andar ham se contact karein aur product ki photo/video share karein.

Refund

Return approve hone ke baad refund policy product aur order ki condition ke mutabiq process ki jayegi.
